How do I get started?

Real Estate business can create an account at Realdax directly on our website at and add as many users as they want.

Are these the only plans?

Yes. If you are a Broker with more than 100 agents, you can contact our sales department to inquire if there are promotional bulk discounts available at this time. Promotional offers are not guaranteed and varied at different times of the year.

When will my account be activated?

Your account is active as soon as it is created. Depending on your access level to the account, you may need to setup additional things to get things going, like an MLS feed, which you can get from your Realtor Association. 

I got an invitation from my Broker. What's included?

Your account includes all the benefits your broker purchased on your behalf. You can see all the different plans and what's included in our pricing page. You can upgrade to a better plan by buying an upgrade or buying premium add-ons.

Are there any discounts?

Yes, we offer special Enterprise Plans for those needing multiple accounts, such as Realtor Associations, Brokers and Professional REIAs. If this is you, congrats! Email us at for more details.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime and your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.

How would I be billed?

All accounts in Realdax are POST-PAID account, as opposed to PRE-PAID accounts. That means you use our app resources and services throughout the month, and based on your usage, you'll pay at the end of the month. This is similar to the cell-phone service from AT&T or T-Mobile, but different from your Spotify subscription where you Pre-Pay for 1 month of service at the beginning prior to using the service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay with a credit, debit, prepaid, or gift card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Premium plans can be prepaid, and Enterprise plans can be invoiced & paid with check or ACH.
