What's Fiduciary?

A fiduciary relationship of trust and confidence between the licensee and the seller or buyer as the principal. The duties of an agent to their principal includes full confidentiality, obedience to all legal instructions, loyalty, and full disclosure. These are fiduciary duties. If the licensee does not fulfill these duties, they may be liable financially for any losses their principal may suffer as a consequence.
