How do I get started?
Realtors from partner Brokers can access Realdax directly using your broker's dedicated link. If you are part of the family already, simply go to the login page (app.realdax.com) where you can login using your Google Account or your Facebook account. Most brokers already include advanced market intelligence tools at no additional cost to their Realtors.
Are these the only plans?
Yes. If you are a Broker with 25 agents or more, please contact sales support (email@example.com) for Enterprise Pricing.
When will my account be activated?
Your account will be activated once your Associate Broker is active in our system and has authorized access for its Realtors. Some Real Estate Brokers include a FREE tier for all their Realtors. If your Broker is offering RealDAX to you free of charge, you'll receive an invitation email from Realdax on behalf of your Broker.
I got a FREE account through my Broker. What's included?
A Free account allows you to find the best residential deals in seconds rather than days. You'll have access to the Deals module from our Market Intelligence Platform, where you can run financial returns on any property, automatically calculate CapRate, IRR, Yield, and ROI on any property in your market, including MLS Data. It's the most powerful deal finding tool in the market.
Are there any discounts?

Why do I need my Broker to sign up?
One of our data layers is live MLS Data Feeds, and our licensing agreements and pricing structure as Authorized MLS Vendors require Realtors to be permitted by their Broker before they are serviced.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime and your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
How would I be billed?
You'll be charged a monthly flat fee based on your plan, and any additional overage you may have. If your contact list changes before the next billing cycle, we'll automatically adjust your fee on the upcoming one, and send you an email with the details of the adjustment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with a credit, debit, prepaid, or gift card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Premium plans can be prepaid, and Enterprise plans can be invoiced & paid with check or ACH.
