Realdax works with markets at different levels of details, but the broadest markets we support are Metropolitan level markets (e.g. Miami Metro, NYC Metro, etc.). As of Q2 2017 we support only the Miami Metropolitan area which is comprised of the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

You can go as deep as you want within the Miami Metro area to gather Projected Returns on properties and markets, as well as Analytics, and the latest statistics and demographics by market level, which is organized geographically like this:

  • Metro > County > City > Neighborhood > Community
  • Zip Codes are also Markets, but geographically disconnected from any hierarchy

A Community is a social construct that defines the hyperlocal concept of immediate neighbor. Since neighborhoods can at times be quite large, having block-level or building-level understanding of the quality of life and investment potential of real estate is crucial to maximizing your leverage and being an insider in your specialty market.
